TRIPE CLEANİNG PAN

In the slaughterhouse, the animals are processed on this table to be emptied and pre-cleaned in the offal room. Waste pump can be installed under tripe cleaning table. The tripe scum from the grated section on it goes to the pump and is thrown out. Also on this table are hanger hooks and special water spraying system used in cleaning. In this way, cleaning and preparation processes can be made more effective and easy. The table is all made of stainless material. And it is designed according to the dimensions of the offal chamber.

• The size of the ceiling is determined according to the location and dimensions of the tripe room.
  Tripe pan 800 mm. width height 800 mm length will be determined according to the location in the project. The sides will be made of reinforced 120 mm high 2 mm 304 quality stainless steel sheet.
  Tripe pan chassis and feet 40*40*2 it will be manufactured from mm profile and will be AISI 304 stainless steel.
  Tripe pan the tripe waste disposal site shall be connected and assembled to the tripe waste tape in a cone-shaped production under the grille with grating or holes so that the waste may land at the bottom.
  Water inlet and drain connections will be made.
  Complete will be delivered in working condition instead.
