Cattle slaughtering systems can be grouped into four main groups as slaughtering, offal households, storage and meat processing. The contents of these four groups are discussed in detail during the slaughterhouse project phase.The design of the building is determined according to animal slaughtering capacity. At this stage,the performance and the capacity of the slaughter machine can be chosen as professional or standard. Robotic slaughtering machines can be used if necessary. The importance of this planning phase is to satisfy the customer's full need and avoid instaling unneeded equipment for preventing unnecessary cost. The slaughterhouse project stage must be well evaluated in order that the slaughterhouse facility meets the customer's needs completely.
