At the stage of slaughterhouse project preparation, it is important to prepare the project that will fully meet the needs of the customer to ensure that the facility is capable of responding to the requirements. From the external walls of the slaughterhouse facility to the interior design of the building, a project is produced that does not interfere with its operation. At the same time, hygiene procedures are applied in personnel working areas in accordance with general rules. All needs of the staff are taken into consideration. We prefer straight lines as much as possible for cutting operation, which ensures that working personnel finish the job faster. Polluted area clean area separations and disabled staff are provided to perform their duties in a completely separate department. In general, we divide the slaughterhouse facility into 4 sections (Slaughterhouse-Disposal-Cold storages-Meat shredding) and control the personnel transitions between them. In order to avoid cross-contamination, we place these sections from the dirty area to the clean area and try to make straight lines as consecutive as possible.
