This system make brisket opening process for removing tripe after cow skinning station on cow meat processing automatic conveyor. Brisket opening process is made automatically and untouched.The robotic arm is moved by the power of 5.5 kW pump . Hydraulic cylinders carries out the reciprocating forward and backward motion of the system with 2 position and two motion sensors. Robotic breast opening saw has a power of 1.1kW. Saw length is 35cm, reciprocation is 4cm.
