SLAUGHTERHOUSE SYSTEMS PROJECTS

Before the production phase of Slaughterhouse Systems; in studies carried out elaborately during the Project design process; hygiene control, process convenience and low-cost/high-performance design is prioritised.

C-50 SLAUGHTERHOUSE PROJECT

C-50 slaughterhouse project is established on an area of 350 sqm including a slaughterhouse for 50 cattles and 100 sheep, offal preparing room, freezer room and office area at clerestorey. This slaughterhouse meets all hygienic requirements and other requirements stated in red meat regulations. Machinery and equipment system is designed as to provide the entire cutting technology. Classical cutting unit, bleeding crane, transferring crane, transfer station, classical skinning machine, tripe station, carcass dividing station and carcass dividing saw are mostly used equipment in the slaughterhouse.   

C50-PLUS SLAUGHTERHOUSE PROJECT

C-50 Plus slaughterhouse project is established on an area of 400 sqm and have the capacity of 70 cattles and 200 sheep including a slaughterhouse, offal preparing room, freezer room, meat chopping and office area at clerestorey. This slaughterhouse meets all hygienic requirements and other requirements stated in red meat regulations. Machinery and equipment system is designed as to provide the entire cutting technology. Classical cutting unit, bleeding crane, transferring crane, transfer station, classical skinning machine, tripe station, carcass dividing station and carcass dividing saw are mostly used equipment in the slaughterhouse.

C100- SLAUGHTERHOUSE PROJECT

C-100 slaughterhouse project is established on an area of 550 sqm and have the capacity of 100 cattles and 300 sheep including slaughterhouse, offal preparing room, 2 carcass freezer rooms, 2 warehouse freezer rooms for -18°C and -40°C and office area at clerestorey. This slaughterhouse meets all hygienic requirements and other requirements stated in red meat regulations. Machinery and equipment system is designed as to provide the entire cutting technology. Radial cutting unit, bleeding crane, transfer crane, transfer station, hydraulic skinning machine, tripe station, carcass dividing station and carcass dividing saw, foot cutting shears, brisket/chest opening saw are mostly used equipment of slaughterhouse.

C100-PLUS SLAUGHTERHOUSE PROJECT

C-100 plus slaughterhouse project is established on an area of 680 sqm and have the capacity of 100 cattles and 300 sheep including slaughterhouse, offal preparing room, 3 carcass freezer rooms, 2 warehouse freezer rooms for -18°C and -40°C, meat chopping room and office area at clerestorey. This slaughterhouse meets all hygienic requirements and other requirements stated in red meat regulations. Machinery and equipment system is designed as to provide the entire cutting technology. Radial cutting unit, bleeding crane, transfer crane, transfer station, hydraulic skinning machine, tripe station, carcass dividing station and carcass dividing saw, foot cutting shears, chest opening saw, meat chopping saw and meat chopping tables are mostly used equipment of a slaughterhouse.

C100-XL SLAUGHTERHOUSE PROJECT

C-100 XL slaughterhouse project is established on an area of 980 sqm and have the capacity of 150 cattles and 500 sheep including slaughterhouse, offal preparing room, 2 carcass freezer rooms, 2 warehouse freezer rooms for -18°C and -40°C and office area at clerestorey. This slaughterhouse meets all hygienic requirements and other requirements stated in red meat regulations. Machinery and equipment system is designed as to provide the entire cutting technology. Radial cutting unit, bleeding crane, transfer crane, transfer station, hydraulic skinning machine, tripe station, carcass dividing station and carcass dividing saw, foot cutting shears, chest opening saw are mostly used equipment of slaughterhouse.

C200- SLAUGHTERHOUSE PROJECT

C-200 slaughterhouse project is established on an area of 1200 sqm and have the capacity of 200 cattles and 700 sheep including slaughterhouse, offal preparing room, 3 carcass freezer rooms, 2 warehouse freezer rooms for -18°C and -40°C and office area at clerestorey. This slaughterhouse meets all hygienic requirements and other requirements stated in red meat regulations. Machinery and equipment system is designed as to provide the entire cutting technology. Radial cutting unit, bleeding crane, transfer crane, transfer station, hydraulic skinning machine, tripe station, carcass dividing station and carcass dividing saw, foot cutting shears, chest opening saw are mostly used equipment of slaughterhouse.

C300- SLAUGHTERHOUSE PROJECT

C-300 slaughterhouse project is established on an area of 2700 sqm and have the capacity of 300 cattles and 2000 sheep including slaughterhouse, offal preparing room, 4 carcass freezer rooms, 2 warehouse freezer rooms for -18°C and -40°C and office area at clerestorey. This slaughterhouse meets all hygienic requirements and other requirements stated in red meat regulations. Machinery and equipment system is designed as to provide the entire cutting technology. Radial cutting unit, classical cutting unit, automatic bleeding line, bleeding crane, transfer crane, transfer station, hydraulic skinning machine, tripe station, carcass dividing station and carcass dividing saw, foot cutting shears, chest opening saw are mostly used equipment of slaughterhouse.
