Cattle Skinning Machine
It will be capable of hydraulıc system and skin 40 cattles per hour.
The skinning machine will be powered by a 4 HP engine and a 27 rpm endless screw motor reducer.
In the skinning machine, the control button will be fixed or is able to move on the platforms.
The skinning machine will be manufactured from 304 quality stainless steel.
The skinning machine will skin the whole cattle.
Two 100x100 4 mm box profiles and 4500 mm length skids will be carried and a 120x120 4 mm box profile skinning boat and drum will be moved up and down.
The total height of the machine will be 4500 mm.
The range of motion will be from 350 mm to 1700 mm in the vertical axis.
On both sides of the skinning machine there will be special twisted butcher working platforms 1000x840 mm wide. These platforms will have a steel pipe with a diameter of 42 mm and a guardrail height of 700 mm. These platforms will be positioned facing the cattle processing line at an angle of 23 degrees.
The platform is able to move thanks to hydraulic system.
