Cattle Stunning Box
It is mounted on the ground in cattle slaughtering place and 3 sides of it could be opened and closed by means of pneumatic cylinders, only one side is equipped with neck stretching apparatus for the cattle in the box. It is also equipped with uplifting mechanism, thus the cattle shall be taken out after being slaughtered. There is 1 pneumatic cylinder in rear-push mechanism, 2 pneumatic cylinders in the front cap, 1 pneumatic cylinder in stretching mechanism and 2 pneumatic cylinders in the ejection cover. There shall be aquaplaning done by using polyethylene with 120x120x3 mm box profile and 100x100x2 mm moving caps outside of the box profile. The chassis is produced from 80x80x3 and 100x100x2 mm stainless box profile. The fixed cap is produced from 5 mm steel sheet and the moving cap is produced from 3 mm steel sheet. The uplift mechanism is produced from 10 mm steel sheet. It shall be made of 304 quality stainless steel.
Slide cover
It is suitable for cattle of all sizes Size: 2700x1000x2100 mm. It is equipped with uplift mechanism and rear-push rod for Standing Slaughtering. It is suitable for Halal Slaughtering. Since the entire machine is operated by pneumatic system, it could be operated trouble-free under wet conditions.
